Return and Refund Policy

Our product exchange policy aims to provide customers with total security regarding the products purchased in our store. All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. We also exchange products that came differently from what was ordered by the customer. If you receive a product from us with any manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, follow these steps to exchange it: 1. Inform our team about the problem through our email, sending clear photos of the defective product or the wrong product you received, within 3 days after receiving it. Please note that we will not process exchanges or refunds after this deadline. 2. Your complaint will be analyzed within a maximum of 2 business days, and if the problem is confirmed, we will contact you via support@alaryr.com, and you can choose one of the following options: Receive a refund of the amount paid. Receive a new product identical to the one ordered.
